Sharp eye security services was established in the year of 2018 by R.Veeravignesh and R.Purushothaman. They had a 15 years career in the field of Security services.
Our team has two separate divisions which is office administration and Field Management. They are well professionals and Experienced persons.
Field Management persons working in our organization from retired officers of Defense and Police services. They are well trained officers to handle the problems , security guard Training and Security guard management.
Sharp eye security services has 200+ Security personnel and 50+ facility management personnel. and they are associated with more than 80 Clients.
Sharp eye security services are Operating from Tiruchirappalli and providing services to all over Tamilnadu.

RECRUITMENT & TRAINING

  • RECRUITMENT

    The Candidates are thoroughly screened to ascertain their antecedents. The selection procedure include Physical Fitness, Response level to training and Reacting to emergency situations. Apart from their academic qualification, character verification and family/social background, Police verification Certificate issued by local Police station.

  • TRAINING

    Intensive Training imparted to all the candidates by experienced Trainers like Ex-JCO/NCO of Army/Navy/ Air force or Retired police officers. The Training is included two sessions which is class room training and Field Training .The training methods are based on PSARA Guidelines. The special feature of our training program is the Visual Training Session, where candidates are exposed to real-life situations.


    They are trained towards Physical Fitness Training, Public Safety and Physical Checking, Fire Fighting, Crowd Control, First Aid, Telephone attitude, Public Relations, Disaster Management, Badges of rank in Police and Military force, Identification of improvised Explosive devices, Examining identification papers including identity cards and smart cards, Handling latest security equipments and legal guideline ,and security watch for CCTV systems.


    All the successfully completed trainees will be awarded a certificates by the organization.

SECURITAS

We provide round clock security services by providing Management Guards. Our guards are ever alert, vigil, polite and well behaved. They are smartly outfitted in our uniform and represent your image and business Interest. A daring Quick Response Team is maintained to react quickly to the client’s call . Armed Guards are provided to individuals, Family members, VIPs, Government Officials to protect them from miscreants.

Special Security Services are provided during important events like Marriage functions, Corporate functions, Product launches, Contests, Fashion Shows and Trade Shows, to control the mass. The Guards are trained on Mass management, parking & Traffic control. All our guards are trained in handling the latest security equipments.

OUT SOURCING

Sharp eye Security Services are providing skilled and semi-skilled work force both for white and blue collared jobs to Government and Private sectors.

Depending upon the requirement of the client, we can recruit a small group of trained and skilled personnel or mobilize a fairly large group of semi-skilled personnel. We can also organize for training for specialized services in case of white collared jobs.

We offers House keeping services to Industries, Corporate, IT, ITEs, Business Communities, Hotels, Healthcare, Shopping Malls, Retail Outlets, Government Sectors and individuals.
